BLUE MIND SUMMITS
Each year I work alongside Dr. Wallace J Nichols (scientist and author of the New York Times Bestseller Blue Mind) to plan, manage and produce the Blue Mind Summits, a unique event that brings together neuroscientists, psychologists, artists, writers, researchers, and wild water lovers in innovative locations around the world. Designed to examine the cognitive, emotional, social, psychological, and spiritual benefits of healthy water, Blue Mind takes ocean conservation to a whole new level.
SURF EXPO 2011
Having conceptualized, designed and fabricated a totally new product, Surf Expo provided the perfect backdrop for the launch of Mauruuru, a creative collection of lifewear inspired by nature and designed for living. The trade show display was designed, coordinated and planned for an interactive demonstration of the colorful product line and management included booth staff as well as travel coordination. A successfully executed display and trained staff was paramount to introducing this unique line to the surf community.
SURF EXPO 2016
Bringing Blue Mind and the Blue Marbles Project to the largest surf industry show in the country was an opportunity to showcase our deep connection to water and share an attitude of gratitude with expo participants. All phases of booth design, product presentation and logistics were covered. Members of the Blue Mind Collective volunteered to assist in our efforts to share the Blue Mind and Blue Marbles Project among our water loving peers and colleagues.
CITIZENS FOR CLEAN ENERGY GOLF TOURNAMENT
An annual fundraiser, the Citizens for Clean Energy Golf Tournament is held at PGA National in Palm Beach, FL. Services included all manner of logistics and strategy including: planning, coordination, marketing, design, and day of activity management.
Planned and executed a three week event for the tour of over 15 homes. Services included site execution, planning, layout and design of all collateral marketing material, visual production and merchandising as well as coordination of caterers, opening parties, and collective management of all participants.
A two-day event over four locations, LifeQuest included interactive displays, entertainment and educational outreach for four distinct areas of life: health, nature, animlas, children. The planning included all activities for each location and theme as well as all marketing: television, radio, print, and on-site displays.
